Popcorn Garland

I decided to string popcorn and cranberries for my Christmas tree garland. Holden was a big help, eating popcorn faster than I could string it!

Turns out... all our efforts were for nothing. As soon as the garland made it's way to the bottom of the tree, Dixie promptly pulled it all off to eat it!

Here she is kissing all of the nativity people and animals!

Spotlight

We have this flashlight headband thing that's totally convenient when we're crawling around in the attic. Holden loves to wear it, but it squishes her face so much it freaks me out!

Blue 'Tude

Holden had a "Blue Day" at school, which was pretty easy for me to dress her for. I buy any girl clothing item I can find in blue!

She showed some major attitude that morning... :)

Little Stone House

So we finally got our computer up and running again, so I have a backlog to post!

Over Thanksgiving we shopped around in Shepherdstown, a cute, arty, historic college town with tons of unique boutiques. They have this child-sized stone house that is fully decked out inside with perfectly scaled decor. Unfortunately it wasn't open to go inside when we were there, but it still made for cute pictures at its front door!

Dress Up

Holden wanted to wear my sweater one morning... very cute, but had a mini-meltdown when she couldn't wear it to school!

Crafty!

Holden is getting to do more and more art projects at school now!

Bad Luck

Holden has no concept of bad luck just yet... she just likes playing with her "lella."
