Welcome Home!

Fun with the Powers

We had a great time playing with the Powers in their new hometown. They live in an adorable little town on the river, so we rented bikes and rode along the bike path Friday afternoon. I may need to look into getting one of these carriers, and a bike... Holden loved it and even napped in it!

The Batavia High School mascot is the bulldog, and the town has creative painted Bulldogs all over. Holden didn't love sitting on it... but we made it up to her with ice cream after :-)

Holden and Heath had a fun time playing hide and seek Saturday afternoon. Heath was SO cute with her... he was the easiest and most comfortable helping to take care of her.

Holden was a little hoarder, picking up anything she came across... like Tess's sweater and TJ's hat!

First flight!

Holden went on her first flights this weekend as we flew to Chicago to visit with Rachel and the family. She did SO well! She got a little antsy having to stay in one place for so long, but everyone commented on what a good traveler she was! :)

Holden's Chair

Holden loves having a chair to call her own!

Missing Family

I think Holden's trying to tell us we need a visit soon... and that I need pictures of the grandparents!

Green-Eyed Monster

We had a play date yesterday with Whitney and her two kids, Lily (3 yrs) and Charlie (3 mths). Lily wanted to teach Holden everything she knew, and Holden was just concerned about her mama snuggling with baby Charlie.

We all have our moments...

New Trick

Holden has started a new trick in the bathtub each night :-)

Toddler Innovation

Who knew a value box of diaper wipes could be so much fun?!
